All cancellations must be received at least 7 days before the event date. Cancellations must be received in writing by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by U.S. mail at P.O. Box 170912, Irving, TX 75017. No refunds will be made for requests received within 7 days of the event date. No exceptions. Refunds will be issued on the same form payment as it was originally made. Please allow up to two weeks for processing. There will be a non-refundable deposit of $100 to book an event. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to start date of the event.
